Application Procedure Information: Intensive English Proficiency Program (IEPP)
 Initial Student (Applicant who will apply for an F-1 Student Visa and travel to the U.S.)

Step 2Send your documents to IMPAC Option 1: Email (info@impachawaii.edu) or fax (+1(808) 593-9125) documents to IMPACa. Copy of valid passport (picture page)b. Bank statement with at least $7,000 balance. It must be dated within 3monthsc. Credit Card Authorization form for $100 (non-refundable registration fee)Option 2: Apply in person with the above document. IMPAC will send you an I-20 Form (or you can pick up at school)
Step 4Apply for your student visa 1. Check I-20 Form for any errors. If no errors, pay SEVIS I-901 Fee at www.fmjfee.comTip: Make sure you have a printer to print your receipt!2. Application Procedure Information: Intensive English Conversation Program (IECP)

 IECP Registration Requirements and Information(NO F-1 Student Visa Required)
Eligibility
• We welcome non-native English learners of Beginner to Intermediate English levels* from any country.
• Applicant must be 17 years or older. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis for applicants younger than 17 years of age with parent’s/guardian’s consent. 
Registration Requirement and Information
• IECP Program follows the Beginner to Intermediate Intensive English Proficiency Program (IEPP) schedule.  
• Start Date: IECP applicants registering for less than four weeks may start classes at anytime, except during the exam week or term break. Those registering for more than four weeks usually start on a Monday. Refer to the Term Calendar for start dates. 
• All applicants must take a placement test before the first day of enrollment
• All applicants must complete course work and take a weekly test.
• IECP applicants must agree to follow IMPAC policies and procedures. 
• IECP students will receive a written grade report upon completion of the enrollment period. Certificate is available upon request. 
Registration Procedure
• To register, contact Admissions Office to schedule a placement test. The placement test will take approximately two hours. The weekly test will take approximately 30 minutes at the end of each week the student is enrolled.
• To extend enrollment: Visit Admissions Office before the last day of the enrollment to request extension.
*In case you do not meet the minimum level offered at the time of enrollment, you may be asked to take private lessons. 

 IECP Cancellation, Refund Policy and Refund Schedule
1. Course fee is non-refundable and no make-up class due to student absence, after first day of instruction.
2. If cancellation request is made prior to first day of instruction, any prepaid tuition will be refunded, minus the cancelation fee of $50. Refund will be processed within 30 days of request.
